W24S Series full hydraulic profile bending machine pipe rolling machine

Standard specification:

• 1 set of standard hardened and ground rolls (special steel)

Working process:

Step 1:
the right side roller in the position of the lowest,the left side roller and main roller to clamp the work piece tight.
 
Step2:
the right side roller lift slowly and begin to roll.The pre-bending realized between the main roller and left side roller.
 
step3:
left side roller dropping,and at the same time,the right side roller lifting.Feed the plate into the left side roller,the three rollers begin to roll at the same time and the pre-bending realize between main roller and right side roller.
 
Step 4:
complete the pre-bending and rolling.
